AHSOKA – ALSO MATTHEW LAW IN THE CAST OF THE SERIES?

Filming for Ahsoka has begun, but it appears that the final cast has not yet been established (or at least not announced).

Star Wars News Net claims that Matthew Law landed a major role in the series, but we don’t know which character he will play.

Matthew Law appeared in four episodes of the sixth season of Agents of SHIELD (he was Agent Julian ), while currently being part of the cast of The Oval . He has also worked on the series The Paynes , as well as in the films Motel and The Truth of Grace .

Rosario Dawson will return as Ahsoka Tano , following her appearances in The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett . There is no release date yet, but I remind you that the next Star Wars series will be Obi-Wan Kenobi , from May 27 on Disney + .

A Star Wars spin-off set in The Mandalorian timeline . Ahsoka Tano is a Togruta female, Anakin Skywalker’s Padawan student and heroine of the Clone Wars. Alongside Anakin, she went from being a stubborn student to a mature leader. But her fate followed a different path from that of the Jedi. Ahsoka hunts down the evil Grand Admiral Thrawn in hopes of locating Ezra Bridger, a young Jedi who disappeared with Thrawn many years ago.

We will keep you posted.

What characters will we see?

There are many rumors about the characters that will appear in Ahsoka : there has been talk of Obi-Wan Kenobi , Cassian Andor , Sabine Wren , Grand Admiral Thrawn and Ezra Bridger , for whom Mena Massoud was named . They are not confirmed, however. Certain, however, the presence of Hayden Christensen in the role of Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader , we do not know if in some flashback or as a ghost of the Force. Also in the cast are Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Ivanna Sakhno, Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Ray Stevenson .

Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano

Anakin Skywalker and Ahsoka Tano ‘s stories are very close. The latter was in fact the Padawan pupil of the future Darth Vader at the dawn of Clone Wars , but Anakin ‘s passage to the Dark Side led them to opposing factions. The two faced off in Star Wars Rebels , and Ahsoka apparently died in the fight.

The author

Dave Filoni , director and writer of Clone Wars , is writing the series. Filoni is very involved in these live-action shows: he has already worked on The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett .
