Obi-Wan Kenobi , the series with Ewan McGregor , is ready to make its debut on Disney + but the future of Star Warson the platformis already being thought
On the occasion of theStar Wars Celebration, which we recall will be held from26 to 29 Mayin Anaheim, the first teaser trailer of the series dedicated toCassian Andor, the character played byDiego LunainRogue One. The Disney +
debutis scheduled for August 31 with two episodes.
The series
Andor ‘s main storyline will follow the exploits of the rebel spy in his formative and conscious years. The events narrated will obviously precede those of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story .
Series creator Tony Gilroy took the stage at the Star Wars Celebration and said:
We will go back five years from the Rogue One story, we have already shot 12 episodes!
Diego Luna added instead:
Most likely you won’t recognize Cassian Andor at first, I can’t wait for you to see it!
The cast
The cast will also feature Stellan Skarsgård (who plays the leader of the Rebellion) and Kyle Soller . With them Denise Gough and Genevieve O’Reilly , the latter will reprise the role of Mon Mothma , leader and founding member of the Rebel Alliance, seen in Rogue One: A Star Wars Story .
