Apple does not want users to hesitate when renewing their iPhone and these are their bets.
Apple is thinking of making forceful changes to the standard iPhone 15 so that more users decide to renew their cell phones annually.
According to 9to5Mac , the basic equipment will increase the resolution of its camera to match the Pro models in its main sensor, in addition that it will arrive with the already almost official USB-C instead of the Lightning connector .
The changes for the iPhone 15
As read in the report, the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus (if this model that has disappointed in sales continues) will have a 48MP main sensor, similar to that of the iPhone 14 Pro . However, they will not have a telephoto lens for optical zoom or a LiDar scanner.
In addition, they will arrive with the USB-C port for everyone , along with an A16 Bionic chip that powers the top-of-the-range models of this generation.
Since sales are not being positive with the iPhone 14 Plus , Apple is considering lowering prices for the new family of 2023.
an extra sensor
On the side of the older brothers, the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, the entry of a 12MP periscope lens is expected that allows 6x optical zoom.
Both teams will also feature a new A17 chip built at 3 nanometers , USB-C, and a titanium frame instead of stainless steel.
The report notes that the Pro model will have virtual volume and power buttons with haptic feedback.
