Apple is already thinking of saying goodbye to the notch on all its iPhones and the 2023 model would be the turning point for it.

According to Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants (DSCC), all iPhone 15 models are expected to arrive without the notch and instead fully explore the new Dynamic Island feature.

goodbye to the notch

This year, Apple brought the Dynamic Island as a great novelty for its iPhone 14 Pro model , a tool that combines the software with the notch in the upper central part for notifications and user activities.

This mini panel is interactive, expanding or shrinking according to user usage, providing access to, for example, the music player, timer, Face ID and more.

Due to its great reception, the source indicates that this function would be exclusive to the Pro model and would arrive in all versions of the iPhone 15 of 2023, trying to eliminate the notch in each of them.

iPhone 15, a cell phone that can renew in several ways

The iPhone 15 will be a cell phone with many significant changes.

The most important, and the most expected, is the change of charging port from Lightning to USB-C , due to the new ordinances in Europe with electronic devices.

Of course, Young also dared to mention that the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus would not arrive with a 120 Hz screen, nor would they include LTPO technology. Therefore, they are not expected to support always-on display.
