Apple Watch 7 may have unique watch faces

New information reinforces rumors that the Apple Watch Series 7 will receive an entirely new design. The SmartWatch that hits the market in the coming weeks, along with the iPhone 13, should gain a flatter screen than previous versions, plus fewer rounded edges. In addition, Apple’s new device must feature unique Watch Faces.

According to Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman, the screen of the Apple Watch 7 should be slightly larger than that of current models with dimensions of 41x 45 mm. The dimensions are the same as reported in a post from Chinese social network Weibo last week.

In addition, Apple must adopt a different dial system, taking advantage of the new space to enter more information simultaneously on Apple Watch screens. Some menus will be grouped on the device’s home screen with space gain, decreasing the user’s number of touches. The new interface, however, will not be compatible with previous versions of the watch.

The new design is expected to be adopted for at least three generations of the smartwatch, undergoing changes in the technology and materials of each device (Apple is studying inexpensive ways to replace the metals used in its devices with titanium alloys).

Apple Watch 7 will not have health updates.

In addition to the new design, the Apple Watch 7 should also receive hardware updates with a new processor. Despite this, the smartwatch is not expected to feature any health-focused news this year. In the last weeks, rumors arise that Apple plans to include a body temperature sensor does not appear, but or resource should arrive only in the model of 2022.
