Foldable devices aren’t just cell phones. Asus revealed at CES 2022 its Zenbook 17 Fold OLED , its first folding laptop with a 17.3 ”screen.
Developed together with Intel and BOE, the laptop offers two sizes.
Folded, the Zenbook 17 Fold OLED has 17.3 ”, 2.5K resolution and 16:10 aspect ratio. When folded, it creates two 12.5 ”screens with a 3: 2 aspect ratio and Full HD resolution.
The hinge of the Zenbook 17 Fold OLED allows various modes of use, including those possible with accessories such as keyboard and touchpad.
The notebook will be equipped with Intel’s 12th generation U-series i7 processors, up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB PCIe Gen 4.0 storage.
The laptop saves on ports by providing two USB-C Thunderbolt 4, with fast charging at 75Wh.
Refreshing the line
Asus also unveiled the Zenbook 14X OLED Space Edition , commemorating the company’s first indoor space computer, and the various models that complement the Zenbook lineup .
