The cast
The cast includes Leslie Grace ( Barbara Gordon / Batgirl ), JK Simmons ( Commissioner James Gordon ), Jacob Scipio ( Killer Moth ), Brendan Fraser ( Firefly ), Michael Keaton ( Bruce Wayne ), Ethan Kai , Rebecca Front and Corey Johnson .
The direction
The film will be directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah , who got noticed in 2020 for Bad Boys For Life . The two directors have also directed an unknown number of episodes of Ms. Marvel .
The screenplay
The Batgirl script was written by Christina Hodson , the same as Bumblebee, Birds of Prey and the upcoming The Flash . The production is curated by Kristin Burr .
The film will be released this year on HBO Max, but a precise date is not currently known.
