Uncharted opened with $ 15.4M ($ 3.7M from previews) at the US box office, initially estimates for the four-day weekend of Presidents’ Day were $ 30M, now they have jumped to $ 45M.

It could be the biggest debut for a film, during the pandemic, since Spider-Man: No Way Home . For now it is the best grossing on Friday of 2022, the title previously belonged to Scream ($ 13.4M).
According to EntTelligence, Uncharted tickets are 1.2M, 50% of the public booked between 6PM and 9PM on Saturday, more than 17% after 9PM.
In 2015, Presidents’ Day weekend was won by Kingsman: The Secret Service (rating R) with $ 41.7M in four days. As for the 3-day box office, Uncharted falls behind Paramount ‘s Lara Croft: Tomb Raider ($ 47.7M) , starring Angelina Jolie .
On Rotten Tomatoes, the film is appreciated by the public with a positive average of 88% and critics of 39%. On CinemaScore it scored B +, on Comscore / Screen Engine instead 79%, the film is recommended by 61% of the audience.
As regards the subdivision of the collection, the Imax and PLF screens represent 37%.
At the Korean box office Uncharted on Saturday is in first place with $ 890k, after four days the total is $ 2.15m. In second place we find Jujutsu Kaisen 0 with $ 314 thousand, and a total after 3 days of $ 1.01M.
In Japan , again on Saturday, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 remains in first place with $ 1.6M, the total is $ 100.53M, while in second place Uncharted debuted with $ 620k and a total of $ 1.07M.
