The plot

Little Emily Elizabeth (Darby Camp) receives a little red dog puppy as a gift from an extravagant and magical gentleman (John Cleese), who immediately wins her heart. The original voice of the dog is from David Alan Grier.
But Emily would never have thought that the puppy Clifford, upon her awakening, could transform into a giant hunting dog over three meters, capable of turning upside down her small apartment in New York. While her mom (Sienna Guillory) is out of town on business, Emily and her funny but impulsive Uncle Casey (Jack Whitehall) will face a giant adventure around the Big Apple.
