Up until that point, only one project had been confirmed: Creed 4 , but now new details have surfaced online thanks to Deadline.

Meetings have been held with Jordan regarding several Creed- related projects over the past year , the sources reveal. Thanks to the record debut of Creed III the plans for the expansion of the franchise have become bolder.

The projects

Details are vague because some of the conversations are still in an exploratory stage, but a Japanese animated series tied to the IP is in the works, and given Jordan ‘s passion for anime it’s no surprise.

In addition there are ideas for other films both live-action and animated and a live-action television series.

There is talk of a potential project centering on Adonis Creed’s daughter Amara, played by deaf actress Mila Davis-Kent who made her debut in Creed III.

MGM commissioned a script for a spin-off film about Rocky Balboa’s enemy Ivan Drago ( Dolph Lundgren ) written by Robert Lawton . It is not clear if it will be realized.
The film would center on Russian boxer and son Viktor Drago ( Florian Munteanu ), introduced as an opponent of Creed in Creed II
