The Portuguese soccer player Cristiano Ronaldo  has become the person with the most followers in the world on the social network Instagram .

Ronaldo reached the figure of 400 million followers this Sunday, February 6, an exponential growth from the 237 million he had in January 2021.

The Manchester United player is the second account with the most followers in the world, only below his own Instagram account, which has 469 million followers.

The attacker has, so far, 3,242 publications, with an average of 10 million ‘likes’ for each one and only follows 50 users.
