It’s been a few days since James Gunn and Peter Safran unveiled the first projects of the new DC Universe , which will be inaugurated by the chapter Gods and Monsters .
The reception of the fans has been generally good, but not everyone is still convinced of their plans: there are those who regret the Snyderverse , those who fear that this year’s films – the last of the past management – will lead to nothing, those who was blown away by some of the titles and characters chosen to usher in the DCU .
However, a photo of the presentation was leaked online, showing the table with the logos of the various projects. These are almost certainly temporary images, inspired by comics: we can therefore expect many changes in the future definitive logos. It is clear, however, that Gunn intends to respect the sources very much for his DC Universe , especially in terms of atmospheres and psychologies of the heroes.
The projects are Creature Commandos (animated series), Superman: Legacy (live-action film), Waller (live-action series), The Authority (live-action film), Booster Gold (live-action series), The Brave and the Bold (live-action film), Lanterns (live-action series), Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow (live-action film), Paradise Lost (live-action series) and Swamp Thing (live-action film live action). Other titles of the first chapter will be announced later.
Meanwhile, you can see the logos below.

The writers room
The plan for the DC Universe was drawn up by a writers room composed of Drew Goddard ( Daredevil, The Martian ), Jeremy Slater ( The Umbrella Academy, Moon Knight ), Christina Hobson ( Birds of Prey and the phantasmagoric rebirth of Harley Quinn, The Flash ), Christal Henry ( Watchmen ) and cartoonist Tom King ( Batman, Mister Miracle ). Some of them will continue to work on DCU projects , including Waller ‘s co-showrunner Henry .
