Brianna Hildebrand and Shioli Kutsuna will return in Deadpool 3 .
The former will reprise her role as Negasonic Mutant Warhead , the latter that of his girlfriend Di lei Yukio , a Japanese mutant ninja introduced in Deadpool 2 .
As we know, the cast will also return Karan Soni and Leslie Uggams in the respective roles of Dopinder and Blind Al, Morena Baccarin in the role of Vanessa Carlysle and finally Rob Delaney in that of Peter W., the only member of X-Force without superpowers ( died in the previous chapter, we’ll see how he will be resurrected). The cast will finally include Emma Corrin and Matthew Macfadyen , as well as of course Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman as Deadpool and Wolverine.
Deadpool 3 will project Wade Wilson into the MCU. It seems that Mobius M. Mobius ( Owen Wilson ) and Loki ‘s Time Variance Authority will be involved in the story, since the parallel realities of the multiverse are involved. For now, these are just rumors, but they don’t sound far-fetched at all. Furthermore, Deadpool is the only character – along with She-Hulk – aware of being a comic book hero, so the film will be able to play on meta-narrative elements to justify his entry into the aforementioned MCU.
Directed by Shawn Levy , who previously directed Reynolds in Free Guy and The Adam Project . Paul Wernick and Rhett Reese returned to write the script, which was first drafted by Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin . Zeb Wells was also with them . The US theatrical release is expected on November 8, 2024 .
