Twenty years have passed since Unfaithful , and Adrian Lyne is back as director for a new erotic thriller: Deep Water , based on the novel of the same name by Patricia Highsmith .
Ben Affleck and Ana De Armas play Vic and Melinda Van Allen , a New Orleans couple who plunge into a dangerous flurry of extramarital affairs and psychological manipulation. The teaser, now available with subtitles in Italian, shows only a short scene between the two protagonists, where they both admit that there is something wrong with them.
Lyne is a specialist in glossy erotic films, having directed 9 1/2 weeks , Fatal Attraction and Indecent Proposal . The release is expected on March 18 on Amazon Prime Video .

The synopsis of Deep Water
Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas play Vic and Melinda Van Allen, an influential New Orleans couple whose marriage is failing under the weight of resentment, jealousy and suspicion. As the provocations and psychological games that the two inflict on each other increase, the situation quickly turns into a deadly game between cat and mouse and Melinda’s extra-marital flirtations begin to disappear.
