As the title suggests, Sea Devils will return to history, first seen in 1972.
The trailer for Legend of the Sea Devils is available , the second special episode of Doctor Who after Eve of the Daleks , which will make its UK debut on April 17th.
The plot of the episode
In this episode the Doctor (Jodie Whittaker), Yaz (Mandip Gill) and Dan (John Bishop) are in nineteenth-century China, there a small village has to deal with a threat represented by the pirate queen Madame Ching (Crystal Yu ) and a monstrous alien force unintentionally unleashed. Will the Doctor, Yaz and Dan be able to win this battle with the Sea Devils to save the planet?
In the cast of the special episode we will also find Arthur Lee (Ji-Hun) and Marlowe Chan-Reeves (Ying Ki).
A new Doctor is coming
As we know, Jodie Whittaker is ready to leave Doctor Who . Current showrunner Chris Chibnall will also leave with her . He will be replaced by former showrunner Russell T. Davies .
