Two weeks after its US release, MGM has released a featurette and the first clip of Dog.
A film that marks the directorial debut of Channing Tatum and Reid Carolin , his working partner for 15 years: Carolin wrote the two Magic Mike , and produced several other films with Tatum .
The latter plays Briggs , a former US Army ranger who wants to get back in the loop, but has to show his good will. He is then tasked with taking Lulu , a Belgian sheepdog, to his handler’s funeral on the Pacific coast – not an easy task, as Lulu has a very grumpy disposition. That must be why, in the clip of her, we see her locked in a porter, while Briggs tries to calm her … but forcing her into such a confined space will certainly not make her feel better.
The featurette alternates scenes from the film, backstage moments and interviews with the two directors, who talk about their fraternal relationship. You will find both videos below, but first I remind you that Dog will be released next February 18th in US theaters.
