American billionaire Elon Musk has stated that he would like to meet his Chinese doppelganger who has become an internet celebrity.
Elon Musk has signaled his desire to meet his Chinese twin, the self-styled ‘ Elong Musk ‘.
In recent months, a video of Ma Yilong, a Chinese man who apparently bears a striking resemblance to Musk, went viral not only because of his uncanny resemblance, but also because it was unclear whether it was a deepfake (technology that allows any face to be put in different videos thanks to artificial intelligence ) or not.
Now, Musk has revealed that he’s dying to “meet this guy (if he’s real).”
“It’s hard to tell with deepfakes these days,” he added.

Close friends
Since his videos went viral, Ma has renamed himself ” China ‘s Elon Musk ” and in March, he even posted a TikTok video in English, which he admits is not his forte, introducing himself to his new fans and telling them that he wants to “make friends” with them.
“Maybe I’m part Chinese!” Musk said humorously on Twitter in December of last year.
Ma Yilong goes by the name Elong Musk and has more than 229,000 followers.
“I’m here and I also want to meet you. I love you. You are my hero,” he told Musk.
