Gotham Knights will host the founding character of the Batman story :

Advertisements reports that Doug Bradley will play Joe Chill , the robber who killed Bruce Wayne ‘s parents in the infamous Crime Alley.

Bradley , from England, is best known for the Hellraiser saga , where he played Pinhead in eight films. Creators Chad Fiveash, James Stoteraux and Natalie Abrams commented:

When we had to cast the actor for Joe Chill, practically the man who created Batman, we only had one name in mind: Doug Bradley. We needed an actor with the kind of gravitas that would do justice to such a seminal character in the DC Comics canon. And who better to play Gotham’s classic villain than the man whose portrayal of another classic villain – Pinhead from the Hellraiser franchise – continues to terrify generations of horror fans?

Joe Chill will appear in the sixth episode of the series. He is described as “a man who spent fifty years on death row, and now hopes to change the face of Gotham in his last days.”

I remind you that Gotham Knights is a completely standalone series, and has nothing to do with either Batwoman (already cancelled) or the Arrowverse (almost defunct now). The debut is expected for March 14 on the American channel.
