The synopsis

In an unprecedented and in-depth docuseries, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex share a different perspective on their sensational romance. Over the course of six episodes, the series explores the clandestine period of falling in love and the difficulties that led them to step away from their institutional roles. The series goes far beyond the romantic aspect, portraying a picture of the world we live in and interpersonal relationships through testimonies of friends and family who publicly reveal what they have observed for the first time, as well as commentary from historians who analyze the state of the British Commonwealth and the relationship of the royal family with the press. From critically acclaimed, two-time Academy Award-nominated and Emmy-awarded director Liz Garbus, Harry & Meghanoffers an unprecedented look at one of the most talked about couples in history.

Directed by Liz Garbus , American documentary filmmaker already nominated for an Oscar for The Farm: Angola and What Happened, Miss Simone? .

The executive producers are Erica Sashin, Mark Monroe, Dan Cogan, Ben Browning, Chanel Pysnik, Jon Bardin, Mala Chapple and Angus Wall .
