Starring Rosario Dawson, “Ahsoka” will be scripted by Dave Filoni and executive produced by Jon Favreau.
Master and apprentice will once again share the scene in the “ Star Wars ” universe . According to THR , Hayden Christensen will reprise the role of Anakin Skywalker in the series “ Ahsoka ”, which will have Rosario Dawson as the main character.
Christensen is known for bringing Anakin to life in the movies “ Attack of the Clones ” (2002) and “ Revenge of the Sith ” (2005) – in which he was also the villain Darth Vader – as well as appearing briefly in the new updated version of “ The Return of the Jedi ” (1983) and lend his voice in “ The Skywalker Ascension ” (2019). He will actually resume roles for the first time in the upcoming series “ Obi-Wan Kenobi ”.
“Ahsoka” still doesn’t have a defined plot, but it should accompany the character in his search for the villain Grand Admiral Thrawn after the events of the second season of “ The Mandalorian ”, where he first appeared in live-action, played by Rosario Dawson. Previously, the character had already established herself as a fan favorite in the animations “ The Clone Wars ” and “ Star Wars Rebels ” as the rebel apprentice of Anakin Skywalker.
The series will be scripted by Dave Filoni and executive produced by Jon Favreau. Production is scheduled to start in early 2022, with no debut forecast yet.
