Have Funko Soda already let us see Captain Carter ‘s new costume for the second season of What If…? ,
but now he’s the turn of Hela , the Asgardian goddess of death played by Cate Blanchett in Thor: Ragnarok .
The great actress will return to give her voice, and here we can see the character in a very different version than we remember: Hela is in fact wearing a tunic reminiscent of the style of the Ten Rings ,
with her hair gathered on her head. Not surprisingly, the rumors claim that the goddess will be at the center of an episode with Odin and Wenwu , but obviously we don’t know how she will be involved in the organization of the latter.
Last October, Laughing Place had reported some statements by director Bryan Andrews , who had promised that in the episode in question there will be “Hela as you’ve never seen her before” .

What If…?
What If…? draws inspiration from the comic of the same name (born in 1977) which explored numerous alternative versions of theMarvel: the first issue, for example, imagined what would happen ifSpider-Manhadn’t been rejected by theFantastic 4, and had therefore entered the squad. The animated series will refer to theMarvel Cinematic Universe, and will be able to rely on the actors of the films for the voices of their characters.
Uatu
Each episode – like the comic that inspires it – is narrated by Uatu , a member of the Observers , an alien race that scrutinizes the events of the multiverse without interfering. Uatu is the Watcher assigned to our solar system, and in the comics he often gives up his impartiality to help the superheroes. He has the voice of Jeffrey Wright .
The showrunner
The showrunner of the series is Ashley Bradley , who worked on Trollhunters and Three among us . She has also written an episode of Arrow .
