HERETIC: HUGH GRANT IN A NEW A24 HORROR FROM THE WRITERS OF A QUIET PLACE

Hugh Grant is in talks to star in Heretic , a horror produced by A24 ( Hereditary, Everything Everywhere All at Once ) and directed by Scott Beck and Bryan Woods.

It  writers of A Quiet Place and The Boogeyman , and directors of 65: Escape from Earth . The two also wrote the screenplay.

As it turns out, the film will center on two young men of faith who are drawn into a game of cat-and-mouse in the home of an eccentric man.

In recent years, Hugh Grant has appeared in projects as diverse as the miniseries The Undoing and A Very English Scandal , to the recent Dungeons & Dragons: It’s Honor Among Thieves , in which he played the villain Forge. He will next be seen opposite Kate Winslet in the miniseries Max The Palace , directed by Stephen Frears . He will also appear as an Oompa Loompa in Wonka , opposite Timothée Chalamet , and in Jerry Seinfeld ‘s directorial debut , Unfrosted: The Pop-Tart Story
