The famous archaeologist is preparing to return to theaters. On the occasion of the Star Wars Celebration , the first image of Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones 5 was released
The film will debut in theaters in 2023 .
The cast
Harrison Ford returns as the well-known archaeologist. Rounding out the cast: Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen , Thomas Kretschmann , Boyd Holbrook , Toby Jones, Antonio Banderas and Shaunette Renée Wilson .
The franchise’s first entry not to be directed by Steven Spielberg , who remains as executive producer. At the helm of the film is James Mangold (Logan, Walk the Line).
This is also the first film that doesn’t see the involvement of George Lucas, the creator of the franchise. Kathleen Kennedy and Frank Marshall are producing . The soundtrack is once again the work of John Williams .
