After the Netflix film A Classic Horror Story , co-directed with Roberto De Feo , director Paolo Strippoli is ready to return to theaters with Piove ( Flowing ).
The film, which will be part of the Austin Fantastic Fest line up, stars Fabrizio Rongione, Cristiana Dell’Anna, Francesco Gheghi, Aurora Menenti and Leon De La Vallée .
The plot of the movie
For some days Rome has been the scene of a singular event: when it rains, ducts and manholes overflow with a grayish slime and exhale a dense vapor whose origin is unknown. No one can imagine that anyone who breathes this mysterious vapor will have to deal with what he represses, his darkest instincts, his anger. Not even the Morel family.
