The second trailer dedicated to the second trance of episodes of the animated series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean also arrives .
The new episodes (13-24) of the anime will debut on Netflix on September 1st , the series will instead air on Japanese broadcasters starting Friday 7 October on Tokyo MX, Mainichi Broadcasting System, BS11 and Abema TV.
The new episodes are based on the sixth part of the manga by Hirohiko Araki , the story is set in 2011 after the events of Vento Aureo . The Stone Ocean arch consists of 17 volumes, and is published in Italy by Edizioni Star Comics .
The protagonist is Jolyne Cujoh, daughter of Jotaro Kujo, who is framed for murder and sent to Green Dolphin Street prison. A former follower of Dio Brando has set her up and wants to kill her.
The first five parts of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure are available on the Crunchyroll Italia platform . The first three parts and the OAV series So Spoke Rohan Kishibe are available on Netflix .

The series will be produced once again by David Production who made the previous seasons of Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure . Chief Director Kenichi Suzuki who worked on parts 1-3, while the director is Toshiyuki Kato (director of the series JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable, director of Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan).
Yasuko Kobayashi will again take care of the Series Composition (main writer of the series), this time the character designer is Masanori Shino (Black Lagoon, Gungrave, No Guns Life) while the design of the stands is entrusted to Shun’ichi Ishimoto (chief animation director in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind). The sound director is Yoshikazu Iwanami , the soundtrack is by Yūgo Kanno who worked on Parts 3-5.
