A few days after the photo with Bryce Dallas Howard, the second official image of Jurassic World: The Dominion is available, the third film of the saga after the relaunch of the franchise (and sixth overall).
This time the shot was published by Entertainment Weekly , and it portrays Owen Grady ( Chris Pratt ) communicating with a Parasaurolophus. We will meet Owen in the Sierra Nevada, where he works to protect the dinosaurs. Colin Trevorrow explains:
It’s not very far from where the dinosaurs escaped in the last movie. Parasaurolophs are in danger from poaching. There are a lot of shady guys out there who want to get their hands on the dinosaurs, so he’s working to protect them.
The sequel will take place four years after the events of Kingdom Destroyed , with the dinosaurs now scattered around the four corners of the globe. Director again:
They have multiplied, they live among us and they clash with us. Dominion takes place all over the world, through many different environments: wild nature, urban contexts, deserts, snowy places. It is exciting to see these creatures moving in environments where they were not built to survive. They grew up in a theme park, and now they are here!
I remind you that the Italian release of Jurassic World: The domain is set for June 9, 2022 . You can see the photo below.
