Yesterday we saw the video of Leslie Grace to celebrate the end of the filming of Batgirl , but now the actress is sporting the costume of the heroine in a new photo.
The shot was published by Adil El Arbi , co-director with Bilall Fallah , and portrays Leslie Grace between the two filmmakers. The image allows us to get a close look at the mask and the top of the uniform, with the golden bat on the chest.
The costume raised doubts from some fans after the first official image , but El Arbi promptly responded to criticism. The film – still with no release date – is expected to arrive by the end of 2022 on HBO Max .

The direction
The film will be directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah , who got noticed in 2020 for Bad Boys For Life . The two directors have also directed an unknown number of episodes of Ms. Marvel .
The screenplay
The Batgirl script was written by Christina Hodson , the same as Bumblebee, Birds of Prey and the upcoming The Flash . The production is curated by Kristin Burr .
