LG joins the tech giants and stops its operations in Russia

LG announces that it will suspend all product shipments to Russia in response to the ongoing conflict with Ukraine.

LG decides to join the technological giants that have left Russian soil and announces the suspension of shipments of its products to Russia .

“LG Electronics is suspending all shipments to Russia and will continue to closely monitor the situation as it develops,” said  a statement from LG Electronics ‘ headquarters in Seoul, South Korea.

“We are deeply concerned about the health and safety of all people, and LG remains committed to supporting humanitarian relief efforts.”

Since the war between Russia and Ukraine began , several technology companies have stopped their operations on Russian soil in response to the conflict.

Apple was one of the first to move from Russia, then firms such as Qualcomm , Intel , Microsoft , Nokia and Ericsson also left the Putin government without products and services.
