Licorice Pizza | New film by Paul Thomas Anderson gets first trailer

The MGM released the first trailer for “Licorice Pizza’s” , the new film by Paul Thomas Anderson after “Trama Ghost” . Watch above (without subtitles).

The film takes place in the 70s, in San Fernando Valley, and is starred by two newcomers in acting: Cooper Hoffman, son of the late Phillip Seymour Hoffman, who was a frequent collaborator with Anderson, and Alana Haim, from the band HAIM, who has already told with several clips directed by the filmmaker.

The feature also features Bradley Cooper as Jon Peters, the real-life figure who produced Barbra Streisand’s “A Star Is Born” . Skyler Gisondo, Maya Rudolph, Bennie Safdie and Tom Waits complete the cast.

“Licorice Pizza” debuts on limited circuit November 26 and commercially debuts December 25 in the United States.
