The series

Set in the world of the world of Yours, Simon (2018), the series is inspired by Becky Albertalli’s novel Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda . The protagonist is Victor Salazar, a new student at Creekwood High School on his journey of self-discovery, facing challenges at home, adapting to a new city and exploring his sexual orientation.
When it all seems too much, he turns to Simon to help him navigate the highs and lows of high school.

Season 3 finds Victor on a journey of self-discovery, not just to decide who he wants to be with, but more generally, who he wants to be. With post-school projects looming, Victor and his friends are faced with a new set of problems that they must solve in order to make the best decisions for their future.

The cast

In addition to Michael Cimino (Victor), the cast includes: Ana Ortiz (Victor’s mother), James Martinez and Armando, Victor’s father. Mateo Fernandez is Adrian, Victor’s adorable little brother, Bebe Wood is Lake, Mia’s quirky best friend. George Sear is Victor’s handsome classmate Benji, Anthony Turpel is Victor’s clumsy new neighbor Felix. Mason Gooding as Andrew, the conceited and popular basketball-loving athlete. Betsy Brandt as Dawn, Felix’s loving mother who struggles with various mental health issues. Nick Robinson(Simon) is the narrator and one of the producers.

Produced by 20th Television , the series was created by Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger , screenwriters of the film. Aptaker and Berger are the screenwriters and executive producers. In the role of EP also Marty Bowen, Isaac Klausner, Pouya Shahbazian, Brian Tanen, Jason Ensler, Adam Fishbach and Wyck Godfrey .
