MARVEL CINEMATIC UNIVERSE: KEVIN FEIGE PROMISES MANY MORE SURPRISES AT THE D23

Marvel Studios’ unveiling at San Diego Comic-Con last weekend was packed with signs and rather stingy with material. In addition to the trailer for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and the trailer for She-Hulk: Attorney at Law , released online, those present were able to get a first look at Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and Ant – Man and the Wasp: Quantumania . Marvel has, however, announced the dates of six other untitled films , and Kevin Feige has confirmed that what we saw at Comic-Con is just a part of the upcoming projects. Much more will be announced atD23 Expo , the official Disney convention, which will take place from 9 to 11 September.

In a video released on Marvel’s YouTube channel as part of the “On The Floor @ SDCC 2022” series, Feige confirmed that we will see some good ones at D23:

There is a lot more to discuss and a lot more to unveil, and we didn’t want to reveal all of it today.

For example, during Comic-Con there was no talk of Deadpool 3 , nor of the fate of the X-Men and the mutants, whose existence in the MCU is now confirmed. Nor was there any talk of Armor Wars , so much so that head writer Yassir Lester rushed to Instagram to assure fans that the series will be made .

Feige added:

Authors, celebrities and surprise guests will join representatives from Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm, among others, on the D23 stage at 10 am to present film and Disney + titles. […] Participants will see exclusive videos and will be among the first to find out what else is in the works.

It’s a promise.
