As we know, Matrix: Resurrections , the new chapter of the saga launched in 1999 by the Wachowski sisters, will arrive in our cinemas on January 1, 2022.
In the meantime, Warner Bros. Pictures will bring back to cinemas the great classic that redefined the genre of science fiction in 1999: Matrix .

The makers
Lana Wachowski directs the film, based on a script written in collaboration with Aleksander Hemon and David Mitchell . The director of photography is again John Toll , while Grant Hill is handling production with Lana Wachowski herself.
David Leitch and Chad Stahelski , directors of John Wick , collaborate on the choreography of the fights. The film will arrive in our cinemas on January 1, 2022.
