In the first trailer of Morbius , the film with Jared Leto now in cinemas.
We had seen a mural representing Spider-Man, to be precise the Spider-Man version of Sam Raimi ‘s films .
Well, that mural, more generally that sequence, is not present in the film and director Daniel Espinosa recently commented on this absence. That very short fragment had fueled so many theories, so why was it eliminated?
That image is only found in the trailer, as a director I only deal with the film. As a fan I have different opinions about it, but since I didn’t put it on and it’s not in the movie, I could only comment on it as a fan. But I am also the director and for this reason I would be accused of knowing something, and it is true. Do you understand what I mean?
If I knew something I would tell you, but it wasn’t my idea, I don’t know if I was clear. I would like to be as honest as possible but I can’t do it, because it’s not my idea.
It should be emphasized that Espinosa himself has recently confirmed that in the Morbius universe there is indeed a Spider-Man , we can not help but wait for further details.
Infected with a rare and dangerous blood disease, determined to save anyone who is destined to suffer his own fate, Dr. Morbius attempts a desperate bet. What initially appears to be a success soon turns out to be a potentially more dangerous remedy than the disease itself.
Cast and screenplay
The cast also includes Adria Arjona , Matt Smith , Jared Harris and Tyrese Gibson . The screenplay is the work of Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama , known for Power Rangers , Dracula Untold , The Last Witch Hunter , Gods of Egypt and the Lost in Space series , of which they are the showrunners .
Morbius, the Living Vampire
Morbius was born as an opponent of Spider -Man , but then converted to good after a fight with Blade , evolving into a decidedly more heroic figure. His full name is Michael Morbius , a brilliant scientist suffering from leukemia who, to heal himself, injects himself with the blood of a vampire bat and enters a machine of his own invention, which transforms him – as his nickname suggests – into a living vampire. : shares some characteristics of Marvel’s vampires such as flight, superhuman strength, hypnosis and bloodlust, but not vulnerability to garlic, crucifix, holy water and sunlight (which only weakens it ). He was created by Roy Thomas and Gil Kaneon Amazing Spider-Man n. 101 (October 1971), the first issue not written by Stan Lee .
