Netflix will allow you to sign out of specific devices without further steps.
Netflixhas added a new tool so you can sign out of specific devices without having to sign out of all of them and change your password.
According to a recent blog post from the company, a new feature called ‘Manage Access & Devices’ allows subscribers to see recent devices that have used their account and sign out with the click of a button.
This is how the new Netflix function works
The streaming giant has released a new setting that allows you to specifically log out of sessions.
This feature also allows you to see the last time they used your account and where they streamed from.
You just have to:
- Login to Account
- Click on Manage access and devices
- Choose from the list of devices and press Sign out
While you could always kick users out of your Netflix account , this previously required you to force all devices to sign out. Now, this process is much more agile.
You won’t be able to share accounts
Netflix recently confirmed that it will start charging for “additional users” on accounts in 2023, ending the era of free password sharing.
Also, by updating its terms of use , Netflix revealed that the minimum download speed that our Internet connection must have to enjoy its assorted catalog in conditions will now be at least 1 Mbps for standard quality (SD), for at least 3 Mbps to stream content in high definition (HD) and about 15 Mbps for Ultra HD resolution (equal to or greater than 4K).
Netflix ‘s Basic plan with ads arrived on November 10 and will be available first in 12 countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Mexico, South Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States before be released for everyone.
