The Night of the Oscars 2022 is approaching and, as we know, this year the public will be able to vote for their favorite film.

The reference is to the #OscarsFanFavorite , which will be chosen by fans on Tweet thanks to the specific hashtag ( HERE you will find more information).

The Academy has launched this initiative to involve the younger audience, with the belief, even if it has not been openly said, that the award in this would be awarded to Spider-Man: No Way Home , given the incredible success of the film.
But apparently this will not be the case.

It seems, in fact, that the #OscarsFanFavorite is Cinderella , the musical reinterpretation of the famous fairy tale with Camila Cabello in the role of the protagonist and Billy Porter in that of the Fairy Godmother , available on Prime Video .
There is still some time to vote, so the situation may change, but at the moment the most tweeted title is this. As always we will keep you updated on every development.

The next Oscar Night, scheduled for March 27, 2022, will be animated by three presenters, specifically Amy Schumer, Regina Hall and Wanda Sykes . As we know, the evening will be divided into three acts lasting one hour each, each segment will be entrusted to a presenter.

Back to the Dolby Theater

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts has announced that after Los Angeles Union Station, which hosted the ceremony last year (due to Covid, of course), it will return to the classic Dolby Theater . This year, the audience’s favorite film will also be introduced and voting has already started .
