Amazon has unveiled the first photos of Paper Girls , while announcing that the eight episodes of the series will be released next July 29 on Prime Video .

The show is based on the comic of the same name by Brian K. Vaughan and Cliff Chiang . It is “a high-risk personal journey seen through the eyes of four girls, played by Camryn Jones (Tiffany Quilkin), Riley Lai Nelet (Erin Tieng), Sofia Rosinsky (Mac Coyle) and Fina Strazza (KJ Brandman)” .
