During the annual The Game Awards, the long-awaited trailer for Sonic 2 , the new cinematic adventure of SEGA’s blue hedgehog , was presented: here is the video, which was presented with great fanfare, complete with the intervention of Ben Schwartz – Sonic’s voice actor – and Jim Carrey, the interpreter of Dr. Robotnik.
The cast and creative team
Confirmed the returns of Ben Schwartz ( Sonic ), James Marsden ( Tom Wachowski ), Tika Sumpter ( Maddie Wachowski ), Jim Carrey ( Doctor Ivo Robotnik ) and Lee Majdoub ( Agent Stone ). They are joined by Shemar Moore and Idris Elba ( Knuckles ).
The screenplay is again the work of Patrick Casey and Josh Miller . Also returning are Neal H. Mortiz, Toby Ascher and Toru Nakahara as producers, and Haijime Satomi, Haruki Satomi and Tim Miller as executive producers.
