Empire dedicated the cover and a long article to Spider-Man: No Way Home in which he dropped what, if confirmed (but the title is pretty reliable, to put it mildly), would be a real bomb. It was already known that Alfred Molina would return to the film as Dr. Octopus and Jamie Foxx as Electro. In the trailer of No Way Home he was mentioned even at Goblin ( Willem Dafoe ) and the Sandman ( Thomas Haden Church ). Now Empire has confirmed the latter and revealed that alongside these four there will also be Lizard ( Rhys Ifans ) from The Amazing Spider-Man.
The Empire page in question can be found in the images of this tweet:
Confirmed lizard in the first pic too!

As can be seen, Tom Holland’s Spider-Man will find himself a victim of the same move that Doc Ock performed on Tobey Maguire in Spider-Man 2 . In the variant cover of Empire, which we had already shown you, you can see the fist of the Sandman at the bottom right.
Ready for some multiversal madness? Empire’s world-exclusive Spider-Man: No Way Home issue will get the Spidey-senses tingling – talking to @TomHolland1996, @Zendaya, Kevin Feige & more, with never-before-seen images. On sale Thurs 28 October.

The Sinister Six?
So, in summary, in the film we will see Doc Ock, Goblin, Electro, Lizard and the Sandman . There is only one villain missing and then we could talk about the Sinister Six, a supergroup of villains that Sony has long wanted to bring to the cinema. It seems that, with the help of Marvel Studios, Sony has finally succeeded in its intent without even having to relaunch the characters from scratch.
One is missing, however. Perhaps the Rhino of Paul Giamatti ? Unlikely.
By the way, Rhino isn’t in #SpiderManNoWayHome. He is frequently talked about and is the butt of many jokes. pic.twitter.com/Uhj9ktuWS2
