Telegram announces news and improvements implemented for its messaging platform. After launching group video calls last month, Telegram now allows up to 30 users to stream video from both their camera and screen, plus a maximum of 1,000 people can tune in to the broadcast.
The WhatsApp competitor reports that it intends to continue increasing the capabilities of its video calling service “until all humans on Earth can join a group call.”
Also, video messages have a higher resolution, and any audio that is played on the user’s device can be heard in the recording.
More Features
On the other hand, Telegram has added more features to its messaging platform, including the option to share the screen for individual video calls and the opportunity to delete messages automatically after a month.
The user experience has also been improved with animations for the passcode screen and when sending messages on Android ( iOS users already have these minor improvements).
