Not surprisingly, the series will take place in America’s only college for young superheroes, obviously run by Vought International , so the protagonists will be a generation raised on bread and Compound V.

There is also a video where we can see the main cast members introducing themselves to the fans: they are Jaz Sinclair , Patrick Schwarzenegger , Lizze Broadway , Chance Perdomo , London Thor , Asa Germann , Maddie Phillips and Derek Luh .

Michele Fazekas and Tara Butters (the same as Agent Carter ) have taken over from Craig Rosenberg as showrunner of the series, which will sometimes cross with The Boys : in short, there will be cross-overs. Filming is underway, while the main series will be back in front of the cameras in August. With these premises, we can imagine that Gen V will be released before the fourth season of The Boys , but for now it is only a personal hypothesis.

Season 3 just wrapped up on Amazon Prime Video . You will find the video with the cast of the spin-off below.

The setting

This new series will be set in America’s only college for young superheroes, run by Vought International . The show is described as follows:

An irreverent and R-rated series that explores the lives of some hormonal and competitive “super” as they test their physical, sexual and moral limits.

The spin-off will combine the pitfalls of a university-set show with the raw, competitive nature of The Hunger Games , and the heart, satire and obscenity of the main series.

The cast

The cast includes Maddie Phillips , Lizze Broadway , Patrick Schwarzenegger , Jaz Sinclair , Chance Perdomo , London Thor , Derek Luh , Shelley Conn and Asa Germann .
