THE CONJURING: THE HORROR SAGA COULD END WITH THE FOURTH CHAPTER

As we know, The Conjuring horror saga will continue with a fourth chapter, which will be written by David Leslie Johnson-McGoldick .

The production will be handled again by Peter Safran and James Wan , director of the first two chapters and co-creator of the film franchise, which also has six spin-offs.

At the moment very little is known about the story but according to what was revealed by Wan himself, this could be the final chapter. Busy with the promotional launch of the film M3GAN ( HERE you can find our review), the director said:

With the films of The Conjuring franchise we always try to be as protective as possible, we want to take all the time necessary to do them in the right way, the most appropriate way to convey the emotions of the Warren spouses that we want to tell by continuing the saga and potentially reaching a conclusion . We want to make sure we’re doing everything right. But you never know, we’ll see.

The Conjuring

The first The Conjuring was released in the summer of 2013 as a “counter-programming tactic” compared to the big blockbusters, and the outcome exceeded even the wildest expectations: James Wan ‘s film , which cost 20 million dollars, in fact earned 320 at the worldwide box office, making it one of the most profitable horror films ever. The result was a franchise made up of three sequels (also counting the future The Conjuring 4 ) and six spin-offs: three chapters of Annabelle , two of The Nun (the second is currently in production) and one of La Llorona .
