The final trailer of ‘The Eternals’ explains why they did not interfere with Thanos

The latest trailer for Los Eternos, another of Marvel’s premieres for 2021, provides new information about these curious characters.

Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is in total production as we enjoy the alternate realities of What If …?, the house of ideas, is already anticipating more details of the following titles of the franchise. With Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings and Spider-Man legend: No way home at the gates, we have a third installment more than expected. In this sense, we already have the trailer for Los EternosThe last one before its theatrical release and with a long list of details about its plot.

Directed by Chloe ZhaoThe Eternals has a luxurious cast to tell the story of some of the most influential figures in Marvel. Richard Madden, Gemma Chan, Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, Kumail Nanjiani, Lauren Ridloff, Brian Tyree Henry, Barry Keoghan, Ma Dong-Seok, Kit Harington, and  Lia McHugh walk through the scenes of the new Marvel installment.

As for the trailer for Los Eternos, this new installment clarifies some of the doubts that ran through the new film’s plot. The so-called Eternals, hidden on Earth for centuries, will have to come to light to face the Deviatans and put all their powers to the test. A race of just a week to save the planet that had been his home.

The Eternals, on the other hand, will also address a question of relevance. Why did they decide to act now and not when Thanos snapped his fingers? At the moment, and as a result of the final trailer, it can be deduced that the only motivation of the Eternals is precisely their great and historical enemies.

As an additional detail, the events of The Eternals take place just after The Avengers: Endgame. So as with Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Loki, or WandaVision, we will see the effects that the return of the disappeared caused on the planet.

For now, we will have to wait until November 5 to learn more details beyond the trailer for Los Eternos and know if it will be an exclusive premiere in cinemas or there will also be a special pass on Disney Plus.
