The third and final part of The Walking Dead season 11 will arrive in the fall, and will put an end to the saga born in the comics of Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard .
For now, not much is known about the last eight episodes, but we will soon know more: during the panel of the San Diego Comic-Con , which will be held on Friday 22 July, the trailer for the new episodes will be presented. In the meantime, we can console ourselves with a brand new synopsis, which doesn’t say much, but is better than nothing. Here she is:
In the upcoming final episodes of The Walking Dead , threats pop up from every corner, both dead and alive, as each group continues to find themselves in uncontrollable situations. The growing pressure is mounting towards a showdown for all. Will their individual paths be able to add up to one? Or will they divide them forever?
As anticipated, that’s not much. A vague synopsis that doesn’t refer to anything specific. But, if you have seen the latest episodes distributed on Disney + , you will know that Rosita and Eugene formed a resistance movement against the Commonwealth Governor, Pamela Milton, while Vice-Governor Lance Hornsby had all the allied communities, Alexandria, militarily occupied. Hilltop and Oceanside.
The question that hangs in the air is that of Andrew Lincoln ‘s return as Rick Grimes. Lincoln was photographed in Atlanta having dinner with Reedus last month. The actor is expected to return in three films focusing on Rick and his misadventures after his disappearance, but the pandemic has moved filming for the first one forward, which hasn’t even begun. It would be a shame if neither he nor Danai Gurira , whose Michonne left to look for Rick, showed up in time for the conclusion.
