On the second day of Geeked Week , Troll , the new film by Roar Uthang , director of Tomb Raider , was also presented .

Based on an original idea by Uthang himself, this monster movie will focus on the giant creature of Scandinavian mythology, awakened after a sleep of 1000 years and ready to unleash its fury towards Oslo.

The cast includes Ine Marie Wilmann ( Furia, Exit, Bloodride ), Kim Falck-Jørgensen ( Hva Hvis ?, Good Night Darling ), Mads Sjøgård Pettersen ( Home for Christmas, Occupied ) and Gard Eidsvold ( Witch Hunt, Aber Bergen ).
The film is written by Espen Aukan ( The Games ) and produced by Espen Horn ( Post Mortem: No One Dies in Skarnes ) and Motion Blur’s Kristian Strand Sinkerud (Mammon).
