WhatsApp has an interesting trick to see who has seen a message when it is sent in a group.
WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging applications in recent times worldwide, especially in times where virtuality is necessary and even mandatory to interact with friends, loved ones and people in the work environment.
One of the most used tools within this messaging app is the “group chat”, a resource that has become essential when it comes to sharing files, messages within a company, student homework or simply with a group of friends with common interests.
The objective of this chat is to send a massive message to the people who are within the group, but on certain occasions people ignore or simply do not want to interact within the groups. How to know if someone has read the message sent within a group chat? Here the simple steps.
Who read the message?
To be able to check who read a message within the group chat, the following must be done:
- The user must press and hold the message they have sent for a couple of seconds.
- After that, you must press the information icon that will appear instantly as a box at the top or bottom (it will depend on the system used: Android or iOS).
- By following these steps, an icon with the letter “i” enclosed in a circle will appear, the next thing is to press that option and immediately the results will appear of who are the people who read the message and the people who have not yet received it.
A super simple trick, but one that is very useful when managing the messages that the user sends in a group chat.
