It seems that Sylvester Stallone will reprise the role of Stakar Ogord , better known as Starhawk , in Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 3.
The new chapter of the saga currently in production.
This at least judging by some videos recently posted on Sly’s instagram account. It should be emphasized, however, that they could be old videos relating to the processing of the previous film.

The release is scheduled for May 5, 2023 in the United States, but the film will be preceded by The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special , arriving for Christmas 2022 on Disney + .
The cast
In the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 3 we will find Chris Pratt , Zoe Saldana , Vin Diesel , Bradley Cooper , Karen Gillan , Pom Klementieff , Sean Gunn , Dave Bautista and Will Poulter . With them also Chukwudi Iwuji , who has already collaborated with Gunn in the Peacemaker series , a spin-off of The Suicide Squad .
The screenplay
The screenplay was rewritten by James Gunn .
The composer
The original score will be composed by John Murphy ( The Suicide Squad ), who takes over from Tyler Bates .
