As promised, A24 has unveiled the trailer for X , horror specialist Ti West that does not yet have a release date.
An adult film crew is accommodated at a remote farm in Texas, where they plan to make a red light film without the owners’ knowledge. The latter are a very old couple who begin to have a strange interest in their young guests, with very brutal consequences. The woman, in particular, seems to be hiding something disturbing.
Ti West returns to directing a film after six years of absence from the big screen: his last feature film was in fact the western In the Valley of Violence , released in 2016. The American filmmaker, specialized in independent horror, however, kept busy with various TV series, including Tales From the Loop and Them .
Judging by the trailer, the impression is that the director is at least partly based on the old cinema d’exploitation and Don’t open that door . You can see it below.
