Xiaomi launches new laptops
Xiaomi also introduced two new laptops for its Xiaomi Book Pro line with 14 and 16 inches.
The Xiaomi Book Pro 16 stands out with its 4K OLED screen. It will sell for 6,499 yuan ($970) in its version with the Intel Core i5-1240P processor, 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The most advanced model with the Intel Core i7-1260P, 16GB of RAM, 512GB of storage and RTX 2050 graphics will cost 8,499 yuan ($1,270).
Xiaomi Home WiFi: a powerful mesh
Xiaomi closed its launches with its Home WiFi devices , with a specific band intended for mesh networks.
Xiaomi Home Wifi will be sold in pairs, connecting automatically when installed.
The mesh system has Bluetooth compatibility and is capable of connecting with 600 devices. It’s also future-proof, with a 2.5 Gbps connection.
The Xiaomi Home WiFi pair will be sold in China for 1,499 yuan, about $224 at current exchange rates.
