Set up a supervised account
There are four ways to set up a supervised account, you can do it from the YouTube app on an adult’s device, from the families.youtube.com website , through the Family Link app , or from the YouTube app on a child’s device.
Features include pausing watch history, which allows you to block recommendations for other videos based on new video views; pause search history and clear history.
Once the supervised account is set up, the child will be able to automatically use YouTube Music , both on Android , iOS and web , and access YouTube on a Smart TV without any additional settings.
